You will also provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to optimise performance and drive efficiency.Here's Some Of What You'll Be DoingDevelop and maintain a suite of BI reports using Power BI and MS Fabric that support the operational needs of centres.Analyse operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver customised solutions. Work with the Head of Data to manage data integrations and troubleshoot any data-related issues.Maintain data quality standards and implement best practices for data governance.Provide training and support to centre teams on the use of BI tools and reports.Assist in the development of self-service reporting capabilities for end-users.Act as a point of contact for any reporting-related queries from the operations team. Support the Head of Data with data analysis projects that drive operational improvements and business growth.Participate in organisation-wide projects to enhance data utilisation and reporting capabilitiesThis role is based 4 days at our Hemel Support Office and 1 day working from home.The Who...To be a successful Reporting Analyst, you'll have:3+ years of experience in a similar data analysis or BI role.Degree educated or equivalent in a relevant field.Advanced proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tool)Excellent data visualisation skillsStrong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent written, verbal, and numeric presentation skills.Ability to work to deadlines and manage own time in a fast-paced environment.Desirable ExperienceExperience in the leisure or retail industry.Knowledge of SQL, Python or other programming languages.Data analysis or BI experience in an operational environmentExperience of an international businessHollywood Bowl Group has a passion for bringing families and friends together for affordable fun and healthy competition.Following our listing on the main stock market in 2016 we became Hollywood Bowl Group, seeking out the perfect locations for our bowling and golf centres nationwide.
