Summary: The Reporting Accountant role at a well-known construction company involves providing support during the busy year-end period, working closely with the Financial Controller. This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working arrangements, requiring only one day a week in Poole. The role focuses on financial reporting, budgeting, and statutory accounts preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of the new budget creation and upload into the group reporting software
- Assist in the preparation of the statutory accounts
- Assist in the preparation of a consolidated reporting schedule to automate the group consolidation process
- Support the Project Accountant with the day-to-day maintenance of the finance reporting and budgeting system
- Support the Fixed asset reporting team
Key Skills:
- Strong background in reporting
- Experienced with Stat accounts
- Strong excel skills
