Duties: To carry out comprehensive in-house technical surveying and inspection relating to repairs, maintenance and refurbishment, including responsive and planned repairs, empty homes reinstatement, disrepair, damp and capital investment on council homes and public buildings and any other buildings managed by or worked on by the client Ensuring the housing stock and public buildings are maintained in a reasonable state of repair through robust property inspections and the specifying of effective and efficient remedial works and investment. Inspecting Social Housing properties in the Bury area for day to day maintenance, damp & mould. Able to specify work schedules. Post inspect work raised and manage contractors.
Person Specification: Previous experience of Surveying domestic properties and diagnosing faults. Able to demonstrate a significant level of knowledge and experience and expertise in contractor management. Must hold full UK drivers license
