- Inspect properties to identify required repairs and planned works.
- Prepare detailed schedules of work and specifications for projects.
- Manage contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of works.
- Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Carry out pre- and post-inspections of completed works.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide regular progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Handle any issues or disputes that arise during the course of works.
Profile: A successful Repairs & Planned Works Surveyor should have:
