Summary: The Repairs Coordinator role involves managing resident complaints for a Social Housing provider in Hemel Hempstead. Key Responsibilities:

  • Track complaints, call residents about complaints, draft response letters, chase up internal colleagues for information, and track the completion of commitments.
  • Involved in collating disclosure for disrepair cases and helping to track them.
  • Support the damp and mould team by coordinating surveyors, tracking/allocating work, booking appointments, and chasing up contractors.

Key Skills:

  • Experience dealing with customer complaints and drafting written correspondence related to complaints.
  • Social housing or repairs experience is beneficial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
