The Role: You will be responsible for:
- Leading the delivery of responsive repairs, maintenance and compliance services across a residential property portfolio
- Managing contractors, maintenance operatives and customer service staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and value for money
- Overseeing statutory compliance programmes including gas safety, fire safety, asbestos management and electrical testing
- Managing maintenance budgets, monitoring contractor performance and producing compliance and expenditure reports
- Ensuring void properties are maintained to agreed standards and supporting the achievement of key performance targets
- Building positive relationships with tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and service improvement
About You
Proven experience managing repairs, maintenance or property compliance services
Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and property services compliance requirements
Experience managing contractors, service contracts and maintenance budgets
Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyse performance data and produce clear reports
Housing sector experience is highly desirable
Relevant housing or property qualification desirable
