Summary: The role of Zuora Specialist/SME involves providing expert guidance in managing and optimizing the Zuora platform for a leading organization. This contract position is remote and requires a strong background in Zuora's various modules and integration with other systems. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in subscription lifecycle management and AWS-hosted environments. The position is outside IR35 and offers a competitive day rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the Zuora platform.
• Provide expert guidance on Zuora Billing, Payments, Revenue, and Workflow modules.
• Design and implement Zuora solutions.
• Oversee subscription lifecycle management including new subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and amendments.
• Integrate Zuora with Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or other ERPs/CRMs.
• Work within an AWS-hosted environment.
• Utilize knowledge of payment gateways and processing.

Key Skills:

• Strong expertise in Zuora Billing, Payments, Revenue, and Workflow modules.
• Proven experience in subscription lifecycle management.
• Ability to design and implement Zuora solutions.
• Strong knowledge of payment gateways and processing.
• Experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or other ERPs/CRMs.
• Experience with Commerce Tools integration is advantageous.
