Summary: The role of Zuora Senior Developer involves analyzing and improving workflows related to credit memos, as well as performing data cleanup tasks such as writing off unpaid invoices and unapplied credit memos. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing workflows/processes that create credit memos, focusing on issues related to cancellation dates.
- Detail credit memos from Churn Manager cancellation amendments and correct issues with cancellation dates.
- Monitor results from cleanup efforts to ensure no new invalid/unapplied credit memos.
- Identify and write off unpaid or partially paid invoices, including digital customers and old Direct/Partner invoices.
- Create and apply credit memos to invoices and cancel active subscriptions if necessary.
- Identify and write off unapplied credit memos and cancel active subscriptions if necessary.
Key Skills:
- Certified Zuora Admin and other technical certifications, with expertise in workflow management.
- Expert level skill in Zuora product configuration, billing, and finance settings with over 10+ years of experience.
- Expert in Zuora Billing, Subscription Management, Payments, Integration, and Billing/Finance configuration with 5+ years of experience.
- 5+ years' experience in implementations of Quote to Cash, CPQ, and Billing.
- Zuora Subject Matter Expert on Subscription Business Model and Consumption Subscription Billing.
- Experience working for consulting partners.
