Summary: This role involves the analysis, design, development, and implementation of Zoho solutions, requiring a software developer with expertise in the Zoho product suite and Java. The candidate will engage in various software lifecycle tasks, including coding, testing, and user support. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing Zoho environment and develop an improvement roadmap
- Design and develop Zoho CRM applications, Flows, APIs, reports, dashboards, screen layout, and integrations.
- Collaborate with project teams to estimate work effort and/or time requirements to complete development of specific requirements.
- Develop and execute software testing plans to support migrations and implementation of changes to existing applications and infrastructure systems
- Create and maintain documentation as appropriate for code, applications, and processes
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of experience with Zoho product suite, specifically the CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics modules
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in the Zoho product suite using the Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment (Deluge) scripting language.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in Zoho utilizing JavaScript.
- Experience building files in XML (Extensible Markup Language) based on defined standards.
- Knowledge of systems analysis, technical documentation techniques, monitoring tools/techniques, and reporting/analytics techniques
- Knowledge of design, development and implementation of tools and techniques for integrating enterprise applications, including web services and other integration architectures
