I am recruiting for a Zendesk Configuration Specialist to work remotely with occasional travel to Holland.

You will be a detail-oriented and technically proficient Zendesk Configuration Specialist and be able to design, implement, and maintain the Zendesk support platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring Zendesk to optimise customer support workflows, improve agent efficiency, and deliver a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with support, product, and IT teams to ensure Zendesk is aligned with business goals and scalable for growth.

You will be able to configure and maintain Zendesk Support, Guide, Chat, Talk, and other Zendesk modules.

You will customise workflows using triggers, automations, macros, views, and SLAs and implement and manage Zendesk apps, integrations (eg, Salesforce, Jira, Slack), and APIs.

You must have solid experience configuring and managing Zendesk.

You will also have a deep understanding of Zendesk Support and other Zendesk products (Guide, Chat, etc.).
