- Experience with pacing, music selection, colour grading, and narrative-driven editing

About the Role We're looking for an experienced cinematic documentary editor to join a long-term YouTube production project. Over the next 12 months, we'll be producing two episodes per month. This is a rolling monthly contract with strong potential to continue across the full project duration. For the right person, there is also scope to take on additional editing work from other clients and projects within our wider portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing
- Editing 2 documentary-style YouTube episodes per month, each up to approximately 10 minutes in length
- Collaborating closely with the director on tone, narrative structure, and visual style - particularly in the early stages as we establish the series identity
- Bringing your own creative ideas and a strong editorial point of view to each episode
- Working independently and managing your own time and delivery schedule
- Maintaining consistency in style and storytelling across the full series arc
