Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of advanced legal reasoning models by contributing employment and labor law expertise.

- Produce high-quality reference responses at attorney-level standard.
- Evaluate model-generated outputs using structured rubrics.
- Deliver detailed written feedback to improve model performance.
- Participate in onboarding sessions and calibration exercises.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in employment and labor law within a law firm, in-house legal team, government agency, or labor organization.
