Summary: The Workfront Solution Architect role requires over 10 years of experience with Adobe Workfront and involves leading the technical design and architecture of Workfront solutions. The position focuses on translating business requirements into technical specifications, performing advanced configurations, and developing complex workflow automation. Additionally, the architect will manage user access and troubleshoot integration issues while enforcing best practices for implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design and architecture of Adobe Workfront solutions ensuring alignment with business goals, best practices
- Translate business requirements into technical specification and Workfront configurations
- Perform advanced configuration of Workfront objects, including custom forms, project/layout templates, reports etc.
- Design and develop complex workflow automation using Workfront Fusion with other critical enterprise systems like DAM, CRM or ERP etc.
- Set up users, access level, permissions and overall governance within Workfront
- Troubleshoot Workfront and its integration related issues
- Define and enforce best practices for Workfront implementation and be well versed with latest updates in the platform
- Knowledge of Workfront APIs for custom development is a plus
