Summary: The Workfront Solution Architect role involves leading the technical design and architecture of Adobe Workfront solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and best practices. The position requires extensive experience with Adobe Workfront and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. The architect will also be responsible for advanced configurations, workflow automation, and governance within Workfront. This is a remote position based in the USA with a contract duration of over one year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design and architecture of Adobe Workfront solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and Workfront configurations.
  • Perform advanced configuration of Workfront objects, including custom forms and reports.
  • Design and develop complex workflow automation using Workfront Fusion.
  • Set up users, access levels, permissions, and governance within Workfront.
  • Troubleshoot Workfront and integration-related issues.
  • Define and enforce best practices for Workfront implementation.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workfront platform updates.
  • Knowledge of Workfront APIs for custom development is a plus.

  • 10+ years of experience with Adobe Workfront.
  • Certification(s) in Adobe Workfront.
  • Experience with project management solutions.
  • Technical design and architecture skills.
  • Advanced configuration skills in Workfront.

10+ years of experience with Adobe Workfront to other project
management solutions and certification(s).
Lead technical design and architecture of Adobe Workfront
solutions ensuring alignment with business goals, best practices.
Translate business requirements into technical specification
and Workfront configurations.
Perform advanced configuration of Workfront objects, including
custom forms, project/layout templates, reports etc.
Design and develop complex workflow automation using Workfront
Fusion with other critical enterprise systems like DAM, CRM or ERP etc.
Set up users, access level, permissions and overall governance
within Workfront.
Troubleshoot Workfront and its integration related issues.
Define and enforce best practices for Workfront implementation
and be well verse with latest updates in the platform.
Knowledge of Workfront APIs for custom development is a plus.
