Workfront Fusion Technical Lead

Summary: The Workfront Fusion Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing enterprise automation solutions using Workfront Fusion. This role involves leading integration strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the scalability of workflows to enhance operational efficiency. The position requires a strong technical background in enterprise systems integration and a deep understanding of the Workfront platform. The successful candidate will also provide mentorship and drive integration initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Development & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Workfront Fusion integrations and automation workflows across systems such as Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce, Jira, Slack, and others.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Workfront Fusion.
• Governance & Best Practices: Define and enforce integration governance, documentation standards, and reusable frameworks within Workfront Fusion.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve issues related to workflows and integrations; monitor system performance and implement improvements.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Provide technical leadership to junior developers or admins; work closely with Workfront system admins, business analysts, and other IT teams.
• Project Leadership: Drive integration initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and timelines.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems integration, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion.
• Deep understanding of Workfront platform capabilities, APIs, custom forms, object model, and advanced reporting.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in data transformation, error handling, and automation logic in Workfront Fusion.
• Experience integrating with systems like Salesforce, Jira, Slack, AEM, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
