Core Responsibilities
- System Configuration: Set up pay codes, overtime rules, work schedules, and quota banks using the WFS Policy Editor.
- Rule Translation: Convert complex union contracts, state labor laws, and company policies into precise automated system logic.
- Testing and Debugging: Run unit and system tests to ensure calculations work properly before a go-live or software patch.
- Data Integration: Connect the WFS platform with payroll and human resources (HR) systems like SAP SuccessFactors or ADP.
- Client Support: Lead requirement-gathering workshops and troubleshoot configuration or performance issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 7+ years working with software implementations, specifically focused on WFS Time & Attendance.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic programming skills in JavaScript, SQL, and HTML.
- Certifications: Preferred or mandatory credentials include WFS PT101 (Fundamentals) and PT102 (Time & Attendance Configuration).
- Communication: Strong client-facing skills to explain technical setups to non-technical human resources teams.
