Our client seeks a Workforce Planning Data & AI Lead to architect and scale next-generation Strategic Workforce Planning capabilities. The role will build the workforce planning data foundation, define enterprise planning workflows, and develop AI-powered decision support tools for hiring, skills, organizational design, location strategy, talent supply, and labor cost management. The position is strategic and hands-on, creating the data layer, workflow layer, and Agentic AI layer for enterprise-wide planning.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and operationalization of Strategic Workforce Planning across the enterprise.
- Establish scalable planning processes to address demand, hiring volumes, future skills, location strategy, labor mix, compensation impacts, and workforce risks.
- Own the enterprise workforce planning data model integrating talent, financial, and enterprise data platforms.
- Build a trusted workforce planning data foundation for reporting and predictive planning.
- Define and deliver AI-enabled workforce planning agents for supply, hiring strategy, skills intelligence, location strategy, cost optimization, and scenario planning.
- Set the vision and roadmap for Agentic AI and workforce intelligence capabilities.
- Evaluate and apply emerging AI technologies, including Agentic AI, Claude, Gemini, Google Cloud AI, MCP-based architectures, RAG, copilots, autonomous planning agents, and AI-driven forecasting.
- Develop advanced analytics for forecasting, capacity planning, scenario modeling, and executive dashboards.
- Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Design centralized frameworks, governance, operating models, workflows, playbooks, and repeatable planning processes.
Experience Requirements
- 8+ years in Strategic Workforce Planning, Workforce Analytics, People Analytics, Talent Strategy, or Workforce Strategy.
- Proven experience designing enterprise workforce planning programs.
- Deep understanding of workforce demand and supply planning methodologies.
- Strong data science and analytical mindset with advanced workforce analytics.
- Experience with predictive modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, AWS Data Lake environments, Qlik Sense, Workday, and HR technology ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI solutions to business problems and knowledge of Agentic AI architectures.
- Familiarity with Claude, Gemini, GPT, and emerging AI tools, including AI-assisted workflows and decision-support solutions.
- Ability to operate from executive strategy through hands-on solution design as a strategist, data science thinker, AI innovator, process architect, builder, and operator.
