Summary: The Workforce Management Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting a client's workforce management transformation by leveraging expertise in the Legion WFM platform. Responsibilities include implementing and configuring the platform, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. The consultant will also provide training, troubleshoot issues, and offer post-implementation support. This position requires a deep understanding of workforce scheduling and labor optimization principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support the implementation and configuration of the Legion Workforce Management platform.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable WFM solutions.
- Design, test, and validate system functionality, including scheduling, forecasting, labor optimisation, and reporting tools.
- Conduct user training sessions and develop support documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues and work closely with Legion support and internal IT teams for resolution.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones and project goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide post-implementation support and ongoing improvements as needed.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with Legion WFM implementations.
