Summary: The Workforce Software Consultant role involves providing expertise in workforce management software, focusing on configuration, integration, and application development. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in workforce management software configuration and integration.

Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field; or equivalent work experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in advanced scheduling and workforce software interfaces.
- Mandatory certifications: CT104 or CT103 and Workforce Time Interfaces certification.
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of Workforce Management software.
- Proficient in workforce software configuration and application development.
- Hands-on experience in enterprise workforce implementations.
- 5-7 years of experience in a SDLC environment.
- Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in infrastructure delivery and environment setup.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce integration with Workforce is a plus.

- Mandatory certification requirements are CT104 (Building New Configuration) or CT103 (WorkForce Time Advanced Configuration) and Worforce Time Interfaces certification.
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of Workforce Management software
- Proficient in Workforce software configuration, integration, application development, and maintenance
- Strong hands-on technical knowledge in application development and support of enterprise Workforce implementations, in a mid to large-scale enterprise
- 5-7 years experience in a SDLC environment
- Knowledge and experience with Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall software development methodologies
- Experience building out/standing up environments from an infrastructure delivery perspective
- Experience working as a strategic liaison/technology consultant between portfolios and business units
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and hold vendors accountable for specified results
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Communicates effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and propose alternative solutions
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce integration with Workforce is a huge plus
