Summary: This role as a Workforce Application Consultant involves configuring the WorkForce Suite and providing both technical and functional expertise to ensure quality delivery to clients. The consultant will work remotely with clients across the US, Canada, and Brazil, and may have opportunities for contract extension. Key responsibilities include leading a team, conducting testing, and providing training to clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure the WorkForce Suite based on customer specifications, including setup functions, screen layouts, workflows, and calculations.
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring quality delivery and meeting client requirements.
- Write complex formulas using mathematical and programming skills.
- Conduct unit and system testing of configured applications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Provide configuration training to clients as needed.
- Assist clients with data loading and system initialization for go-live activities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requirements.
- Participate in resource allocation calls, meetings with client leadership, and catch-up meetings with the client.
- Act as a liaison between clients and team members, ensuring effective communication and addressing concerns proactively.
- Review team members' work for quality and accuracy.
- Complete other responsibilities as agreed upon by the client and management.
Key Skills:
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on configuration and support experience.
- Ability to train and mentor team members.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools.
- PT-101 & PT-102 certifications.
- Experience with PT-103 certification.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Knowledge of workforce management systems.
