Workforce Application Consultant (Technical/Functional)

Summary: The Workforce Application Consultant role involves providing technical and functional expertise in configuring the Workforce Suite for clients. The position requires hands-on experience in client-facing consulting and is part of a dynamic implementation team. The consultant will be responsible for configuration, testing, training, and mentoring team members while ensuring successful project delivery. This is a remote position based in the USA with a contract duration of over six months and a high possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Workforce Suite (setup, workflows, calculations, screen layouts)
• Develop complex formulas and business rules
• Perform unit and system testing
• Support data migration and go-live activities
• Deliver configuration training to clients
• Mentor team members and review deliverables for quality
• Gather client requirements and drive successful project delivery
• Collaborate with client leadership and internal teams

Key Skills:

• 5-7 years of Workforce Suite configuration and support
• Strong Technical/Functional consulting background
• Experience with client implementations and production support
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Required Certifications: PT-101 & PT-102 (PT-103 is a plus)
