Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation (20%) – Advise health system leaders on patient flow transformation and workflow adoption.
  • Workflow Analysis (20%) – Assess current state, readiness, and manage project deliverables and timelines.
  • Design Facilitation (20%) – Lead workflow design sessions; align training strategies to stakeholder needs.
  • Solution Configuration (15%) – Translate process changes into software build settings.
  • Internal Expertise (15%) – Stay current on solutions and mentor peers; collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Executive Engagement (10%) – Maintain communication with client executives, support post-implementation improvements.

Insight Global are seeking a Workflow Consultant , supporting a global healthcare operations provider, for a 9-month contract (Outside IR35) , fully remote in the UK. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor on patient flow best practices, drive process improvement and change management across complex health systems. By assessing current workflows and configuring our clients solutions, they will help clients enhance operational efficiency, labour productivity, and patient outcomes. Please note, while remote, this role does require travel to client sites , both domestically and internationally to different healthcare sites (fully expensed).
