Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client business requirements and configure the Workday solution.
  • Demonstrate configurations through prototype building and assist clients in testing the Workday solution.
  • Help convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Assist the Integration Consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.
  • Utilize Workday's Implementation Methodology on all client engagements.
  • Ensure clients leverage Workday's proven solutions.
  • Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.
  • Deliver successful project outcomes and foster lasting client relationships.
  • Act as a consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction.
  • Provide guidance throughout design, configuration, and prototype phases; assist clients with testing and production efforts.
  • Partner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status and changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts for clear communication and project alignment.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Sales team during presentations, demos, and LOEs.
  • Stay updated on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and advise on best practices.
  • Build strong client relationships through trust and exceptional customer service.

Role: Workday US Payroll Support Location: REMOTE Duration: 4+ month

Key Responsibilities:
Perform the following on a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing the Workday solution.
Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday.
Assist the Integration Consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and 3rd party/custom solutions.
Understand Workday s Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements.
Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions.
Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.
Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships.
Act as a consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction
