Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workday Time Tracking Lead to provide hands-on expertise for a large organization through a long-term staff-augmentation assignment. The role focuses on optimizing, supporting, and enhancing Time Tracking processes, particularly in the restaurant or shift-based workforce sector. The ideal candidate will lead configuration and issue resolution while acting as a subject matter expert for day-to-day operations. Immediate availability for a 9-month engagement is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading Workday Time Tracking configuration, optimisation, and issue resolution.
- Acting as a client-side subject matter expert, supporting day-to-day Time Tracking operations.
- Partnering with HR, Payroll, Operations, and Technology teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Troubleshooting system issues, validating fixes, and ensuring smooth functionality across complex scheduling environments.
- Supporting testing cycles, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Providing guidance, documentation, and user support as required.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience as a Workday Time Tracking Lead, ideally within restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume hourly workforce environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a client-side staff-augmentation capacity.
- Solid understanding of Workday Time Tracking configuration, business processes, and integrations.
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and manage workload across multiple stakeholders.
