Summary: The role is for an experienced Workday Time Tracking and Scheduling Consultant to provide staff augmentation support for a major enterprise Workday initiative starting in early 2026. The consultant will work independently on a fully remote basis, focusing on Time Tracking, Scheduling, and workforce operations. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure effective project delivery and ongoing expertise throughout multiple phases. Ideal candidates will have significant hands-on experience with Workday and excellent communication skills for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the client’s Time Tracking and Scheduling workstreams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Advising on best practices for configuration, optimisation, and process alignment.
- Partnering with functional and technical teams to ensure accurate, scalable end-to-end solutions.
- Assisting with testing cycles, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.
- Providing ongoing expertise to sustain momentum across multiple phases of delivery.
- Collaborating with a distributed project team and contributing to clear documentation and quality outcomes.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking and/or Scheduling.
- Ability to work independently within a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for fully remote delivery.
- Experience supporting multi-month or multi-year Workday programmes.
- Based in North America is preferred, due to team and time zone alignment.
- No Workday certification requirements.
