Are you an experienced Workday Consultant specialising in Time Tracking and Absence, looking for a fully remote permanent role across the US, Canada or India?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, values-driven Workday team that delivers high-quality managed services to global clients. You will play a key role in providing functional expertise across Time Tracking and Absence, helping organisations maintain stable, scalable and effective Workday environments while supporting day-to-day operations and long-term optimisation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing global functional support for Workday Time Tracking, plus one or more modules such as Recruiting, Benefits, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, Reporting, Payroll, Learning, Security, PEX, PRISM or Data Conversion
  • Acting as the primary functional specialist for the Time Tracking and Absence modules
  • Troubleshooting issues, performing testing and working with stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently
  • Logging, routing and maintaining support tickets with clear documentation
  • Designing and developing custom dashboards and reports for business users and leadership teams
  • Providing guidance and training on system functionality to internal stakeholders
  • Supporting Workday feature releases and adopting new functionality
  • Translating business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
  • Collaborating with clients and colleagues to improve systems, processes and user experience

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 3 years of Workday experience, with strong knowledge of Time Tracking administration
  • Minimum of 1 year of Workday consulting or implementation experience
  • Functional expertise in at least two Workday HCM modules
  • Active Workday Time Tracking and Absence Services Certifications (must be willing to transfer under the client)
  • Experience gathering requirements, designing prototypes, testing, and delivering solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach, curiosity, and willingness to learn
  • Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working in dynamic or ambiguous environments
  • A genuine passion for Workday, consulting, and enterprise systems

Project details:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling across North American time zones
