Summary: The Workday Testing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the overall testing strategy for Workday, focusing on system, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role requires coordination with various stakeholders in HR, Finance, Payroll, and academic sectors, ensuring that testing aligns with business processes and academic calendars. The position is remote with some travel to Tuscaloosa, AL, and requires a strong background in ERP testing, particularly with Workday in a Higher Education context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall Workday testing strategy
- Lead system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Coordinate testing across HR, Finance, Payroll, and academic stakeholders
- Validate testing scenarios against Higher Ed business processes
- Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution

Key Skills:
- 5+ years of ERP testing leadership experience
