Summary: The Workday Test Analyst role is a remote contract position for 8 months, with a potential extension, focused on enhancing system governance and operational support for Workday implementations. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective design and delivery of solutions that meet user needs. Candidates must possess Workday certification and experience in major implementations, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement. This position is classified as inside IR35, with a daily rate of £550 - £600.

Key Skills:

- Workday design and configuration experience, preferably in a senior SME role.
- Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle major Workday implementations.
- Business Analysis experience, including gap analysis and requirements articulation.
- Experience in a project environment supporting project objectives.
- Operational BAU support for Workday.
- Stakeholder engagement to develop project requirements.
- Experience in developing business cases and impact assessments for Workday requirements.

They operate across the whole of the UK with a combined budget of more than £6 billion, investing in areas such as Medical, Biotechnology and Environmental research As a Workday Test Analyst, you will identify tools that support improved system governance, impact assess options, configure, test and deploy solutions to ensure effective operational support.
