Summary: The Workday Test Analyst role is a contract position focused on enhancing system governance and operational support within a UK-based organization. The analyst will be responsible for identifying tools, configuring, testing, and deploying solutions while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This position requires significant experience in Workday implementations and business analysis. The contract is for 8 months with a potential extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify tools that support improved system governance.
- Impact assess options, configure, test, and deploy solutions.
- Facilitate collaboration and lead effective communication with stakeholders.
- Support design, build, and delivery to meet user needs.
Key Skills:
- Workday certification in HCM, Benefits, Recruitment, Financials, Talent, Absence, Payroll, or Procurement.
- Workday design and configuration experience, preferably in a senior SME role.
- Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle major Workday implementations.
- Business Analysis experience, including gap analysis for process improvements.
- Experience in a project environment supporting project objectives.
- Operational BAU support experience for Workday.
- Stakeholder engagement experience for developing project requirements.
- Experience in developing business cases and undertaking impact assessments for Workday requirements.

One of our established clients are looking for a Workday Test Analyst to join them on a contract basis up until the end of March
The business themselves was founded almost 10 years ago to boost the innovation and research capabilities of the UK. They operate across the whole of the UK with a combined budget of more than £6 billion, investing in areas such as Medical, Biotechnology and Environmental research
As a Workday Test Analyst, you will identify tools that support improved system governance, impact assess options, configure, test and deploy solutions to ensure effective operational support. You will also facilitate collaboration and lead effective communication with all stakeholders to support design, build and delivery to meet user needs
To be considered you need to have experience in the following:
- Workday certification (in either HCM, Benefits, Recruitment, Financials, Talent, Absence, Payroll, Procurement)
- Workday design and configuration experience, preferably in a senior SME role
- Experience of working on end-to-end project lifecycle major Workday implementations
- Experience in Business Analysis - gap analysis for process improvements and articulation of requirements
- Experience in a project environment, supporting the development of project objectives
- Supporting Workday in an operational BAU environment
- Experience of engaging with stakeholders to develop project requirements
- Experience of developing business cases, and undertaking impact assessments for Workday requirements
