Summary: The Workday Technical Analyst serves as a Subject Matter Expert for the Workday Benefits module, focusing on configuring benefit plans and ensuring system connectivity. This role involves supporting Workday HCM, advising on integrations, and assisting with open enrollment readiness. The analyst will also develop test strategies, partner with HR teams, and manage post-testing updates. Additionally, they will provide hypercare support after go-live and maintain thorough documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Workday Benefits module
- Configure and build benefit plans, eligibility rules, and deductions
- Support Workday HCM with a focus on benefits and cross-module connectivity
- Understand and advise on integrations between Workday Benefits and other modules/systems
- Assist with open enrollment readiness, ensuring proper system connectivity and functionality
- Develop and execute test strategies, including creating test cases and supporting UAT
- Partner with HR teams (including Brazil HR) to validate configurations and resolve issues
- Manage post-testing updates, corrections, and system enhancements
- Support tenant-to-tenant migrations and maintain thorough documentation
- Provide hypercare support post go-live
