Workday Sr. Integrations Developer

Summary: The role of Workday Sr. Integrations Developer involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex Workday integrations across various modules, including Time & Attendance, Benefits, and VMS implementations. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure seamless data flow and integration lifecycle support. Candidates should possess advanced reporting skills and experience with integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio. This is a remote position focused on delivering high-quality integration solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) across multiple enterprise projects.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday integrations with deep expertise in Time & Attendance modules.
• Build and optimize advanced Workday reports (RaaS, BIRT, dashboards) to support business and integration needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Lead integration lifecycle activities including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and maintain Workday Benefits integrations with third-party vendors (carriers, payroll, and benefits providers).
• Serve as an SME for Benefits integrations, ensuring accurate data flow for enrollments, eligibility, and deductions.
• Build and enhance integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs.
• Partner with Benefits and HR teams to gather requirements and resolve integration issues efficiently.
• Support full integration lifecycle including testing, deployment, and ongoing production support for Benefits systems.
• Build and optimize advanced Workday reports (RaaS, dashboards); experience with BIRT and Prism Analytics is a strong plus.
• Design and develop complex Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio) supporting VMS implementations such as Beeline and Fieldglass.
• Lead integration efforts for contingent workforce solutions, ensuring seamless data exchange between Workday and external VMS platforms.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for VMS integrations, driving best practices and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate in an Agile (Agile 1) environment, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and continuous delivery cycles.
• Support end-to-end integration lifecycle including requirements, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
