Key Responsibilities:

  • Own solution architecture for Workday Finance + Procurement.
  • Manage and design changes including impact analysis, solution design, governance, and implementation approach.
  • Lead implementation of Workday releases, enhancements, and configuration changes.
  • Drive integrations and adoption of AI tools/automation, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Skills:

  • Strong Workday experience within Finance and ideally Procurement.
  • Architecture experience including target architecture, integration patterns, and design documentation.
  • Technical understanding of integrations, security/roles, and release management best practices.
  • Background as a developer/technical consultant is a strong plus.
  • Experience integrating Workday with enterprise platforms (APIs, middleware, HR/ERP ecosystems) is nice to have.
  • Knowledge of Workday Extend, Studio, EIB, RaaS, Prism or similar tools.

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Workday Finance & Procurement Solution Architect to drive change, ensure optimal implementation, and support continuous improvements in Workday. The ideal profile has a developer background and strong architectural mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own solution architecture for Workday Finance + Procurement (treated as one combined domain).
  • Manage and design changes: impact analysis, solution design, governance, and implementation approach.
  • Lead implementation of Workday releases , enhancements and configuration changes.
  • Drive integrations and adoption of AI tools/automation , ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

Required skills

  • Strong Workday experience within Finance and ideally Procurement (or willingness to cover both).
