About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Workday Finance & Procurement Solution Architect to drive change, ensure optimal implementation, and support continuous improvements in Workday. The ideal profile has a developer background and strong architectural mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own solution architecture for Workday Finance + Procurement (treated as one combined domain).
  • Manage and design changes: impact analysis, solution design, governance, and implementation approach.
  • Lead implementation of Workday releases , enhancements and configuration changes.
  • Drive integrations and adoption of AI tools/automation , ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

Required skills

  • Strong Workday experience within Finance and ideally Procurement (or willingness to cover both).
