Summary: The role of Workday Finance & Procurement Solution Architect involves driving change and ensuring optimal implementation of Workday solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Own solution architecture for Workday Finance + Procurement.
- Manage and design changes including impact analysis, solution design, governance, and implementation approach.
- Lead implementation of Workday releases, enhancements, and configuration changes.
- Drive integrations and adoption of AI tools/automation, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Skills:
- Strong Workday experience within Finance and ideally Procurement.
- Architecture experience including target architecture, integration patterns, and design documentation.
- Technical understanding of integrations, security/roles, and release management best practices.
- Background as a developer/technical consultant is a strong plus.
- Experience integrating Workday with enterprise platforms (APIs, middleware, HR/ERP ecosystems) is nice to have.
- Knowledge of Workday Extend, Studio, EIB, RaaS, Prism or similar tools.
