Workday Solution Architect - Core HCM || REMOTE || W2 contract

Required Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in enterprise environments.

Proven experience owning both solution design and Workday configuration from requirements through implementation.

Strong expertise in Core HCM with experience in several of the following: Recruiting, Performance Management, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Succession Planning.

Experience configuring: Business Processes, Calculated Fields, Condition Rules, Custom Reports.

Strong understanding of the Workday HCM data model and module relationships.

Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

Experience working within production Workday tenants.

Working knowledge of: Workday Security concepts, EIBs, Worker data loads.

Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge business assumptions and recommend best practices.
