Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workday Solution Architect (Core HCM) with strong expertise in Workday Configuration and Solution Design to support enterprise HR transformation initiatives. This is a highly consultative, hands-on role focused on Workday Solution Architecture (50%) and Workday Configuration (50%).
The ideal candidate will partner directly with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements, design scalable Workday solutions, perform hands-on configuration, and drive HR process improvements. This is NOT an integration-focused role.

Responsibilities
- Design scalable Workday Core HCM solutions.
- Perform hands-on Workday configuration.
- Configure Business Processes, Calculated Fields, Condition Rules, and Custom Reports.
- Collaborate with HR COEs to gather requirements and recommend best practices.
- Support Workday biannual releases.
- Work with Security and Data teams on Workday Security, EIBs, and worker data loads.
- Drive HR process improvements and system optimization.
Important Note
- This is a Functional/Architect role.
- Candidates with primary Workday Integration (Studio, Extend, Boomi, MuleSoft, APIs) experience will not be considered.
- EST time zone candidates are preferred.
