Summary: The Workday SME role focuses on configuring Workday and providing training, particularly in the Learning Management System (LMS) context. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Workday Learning and post-go-live optimization, as well as the ability to guide non-technical teams. This position requires a strong understanding of Workday HCM integration and the capability to remediate a non-functional Learning workstream. The candidate should also be adept at assessing skill gaps and providing effective coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
