Workday Senior Functional Consultant (Contractor) - Remote

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Workday Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on functional experience configuring and supporting Workday (PATT, Benefits, FIN, or Adaptive Planning preferred).
• Consultative Approach: Proven track record of evaluating client needs, challenging assumptions constructively, and offering strategic solutions.
• Higher Education / Student Knowledge: Prior experience supporting or backfilling roles within a Workday Student implementation is strongly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge technical details for non-technical leadership.
