Summary: We are looking for a skilled Workday Security & Workday Extend Consultant to design and implement security solutions and develop custom applications using Workday Extend. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure secure and innovative Workday solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Workday Security administration and application development. This position is remote and spans a duration of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workday Security
- Design, configure, and maintain Workday security architecture, including:
- Security Groups
- Domain Security Policies
- Business Process Security Policies
- Role-Based Security
- User-Based Security
- Perform security audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday security-related issues.
- Support Workday releases by assessing security impacts and implementing required changes.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to define security requirements.
- Create and maintain security documentation, procedures, and governance standards.
- Support Workday integrations by configuring and maintaining integration system security.
- Workday Extend Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications using Workday Extend.
- Develop user-friendly solutions leveraging Workday Extend frameworks and APIs.
- Integrate Workday Extend applications with Workday HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, and Financials modules.
- Develop and maintain Workday Orchestrate and custom business process solutions where applicable.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Workday development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Workday Extend applications.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 8+ years of Workday Security experience.
