- Hands-on experience with Security Configuration, Domain & Business Process Security, Roles, Groups, and Access Management.
- Lead security design, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Workday HCM, integrations, and security audits.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and data privacy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday Security certification is a plus.
