Workday Security Configuration Consultant

Summary: The Workday Security Configuration Consultant will play a pivotal role in the HR Foundations program, focusing on enhancing access and processes within Workday. This fully remote position involves reconfiguring HR security groups and collaborating with functional consultants on design and testing. The consultant will also contribute to the establishment of a Workday data dictionary and optimize the Workday Payroll feed. This role is a 6-month contract classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconfigure HR security groups and roles within Workday, focusing on staffing processes (joiners, leavers, movers).
• Lead configuration activities while collaborating with functional consultants on design and testing.
• Potentially contribute to establishing a Workday data dictionary, enhancing the Workday Payroll feed, and optimizing Workday Help.

Key Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Workday security configurations.
• Experience with rebuilds in post-go-live/post-production environments.
• A solid understanding of end-to-end business processes.
