Summary: The role of Workday Security Configuration Consultant involves enhancing HR security processes within Workday as part of the HR Foundations program. The consultant will focus on reconfiguring security groups and roles, collaborating with functional consultants, and potentially contributing to data dictionary establishment and payroll feed optimization. This position is fully remote and is contracted for six months, classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconfigure HR security groups and roles within Workday, focusing on staffing processes (joiners, leavers, movers).
- Lead configuration activities while collaborating with functional consultants on design and testing.
- Potentially contribute to establishing a Workday data dictionary, enhancing the Workday Payroll feed, and optimizing Workday Help.
Key Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of security configurations in Workday.
- Experience with rebuilds in post-go-live/post-production environments.
- A solid understanding of end-to-end business processes.
- Proficiency in design methodology and implementations of HR systems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
