Summary: The role of Workday SCM Subject Matter Expert (SME) focuses on optimizing and supporting Workday Supply Chain Management processes within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, particularly in procurement and inventory management, and will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the SME for Workday SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, and Supplier Accounts.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze, design, and implement Workday SCM solutions.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions, process design workshops, and functional configuration tasks.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing Workday SCM solutions.
- Work closely with healthcare operations teams to align system functionality with industry-specific needs.
- Utilize project management skills to track deliverables, manage risks, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Partner with Finance teams and support Workday Financials integrations, reporting, and process improvements (if applicable).
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of Workday experience with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
- Hands-on configuration and support experience in Workday Procurement, Inventory, and related SCM modules.
- Experience working in healthcare or hospital environments with supply chain or operations exposure.

- Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes in operational settings.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (Agile/Waterfall, Jira, MS Project, etc.).
