Summary: The Workday Scheduling Lead is responsible for leading the implementation and support of Workday Scheduling solutions in a remote capacity. This role involves configuring schedules, collaborating with stakeholders, and optimizing workforce management processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and support of Workday Scheduling solutions
- Configure schedules, shifts, staffing models, and workforce planning processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define scheduling requirements
- Design and optimize workforce scheduling and labor management processes
- Integrate Scheduling with Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, and HCM modules
- Conduct system analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
- Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design meetings
- Develop functional specifications and configuration documentation
- Support UAT, issue resolution, and post-production activities
- Provide guidance and mentoring to functional consultants and project teams
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, union rules, and organizational policies where applicable
