Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Workday Scheduling solutions.
  • Design and implement scheduling rules and shift structures.
  • Support Workforce Management initiatives and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize scheduling processes.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and post-production support.
  • Assist with Workday releases and impact analysis.
