Workday Reports & Integrations Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise ERP System
• Build and support Workday reports and dashboards.
• Build and deployment of new modules/projects/enhancements
• Change Control process of requests through migration to Production tenants
• Supports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access
• Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments
• Work directly with Client & Change Management to document business requirements
• Participate in Oncall rotation with team members for critical off hours issues

External Required Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in creation/modification of matrix, composite and advanced reports and dashboards across functional areas.
• Strong experience in Workday Integrations including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, SOAP/REST, XML/XSLT, Report Writer, and end-to-end integration development, testing, and support.
• Demonstrate ability and experience in translating functional specifications into technical deliverables.
