Summary: The role of Workday Recruiting Functional Consultant involves supporting the migration from Greenhouse ATS to Workday Recruiting, requiring expertise in Workday configuration and data migration. The consultant will be responsible for designing recruiting business processes and managing integrations. A strong background in Workday HCM and prior experience with Greenhouse ATS is highly preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the migration from Greenhouse ATS to Workday Recruiting.
- Configure Workday Recruiting and design recruiting business processes.
- Manage data migration and integrations from Greenhouse.
- Translate business requirements into functional design.
- Ensure compliance with recruiting and data privacy considerations.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of Workday HCM experience.
- At least 2-3 full-cycle Workday Recruiting implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Recruiting configuration.
- Prior experience migrating from Greenhouse ATS to Workday Recruiting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) is a plus.
- Exposure to other ATS platforms (iCIMS, Taleo, Lever, etc.) is a plus.
- HR functional background in talent acquisition and recruiting operations is a plus.

Understanding of recruiting compliance and data privacy considerations.
