Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Payroll, HCM, and Time modules.
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Serve as the primary coordination point between internal stakeholders and Workday Services.
- Facilitate project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive status reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, and IT.
- Drive requirements gathering, business process alignment, testing, training, change management, and go-live readiness activities.
- Track implementation risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience leading HCM, Payroll, ERP, or enterprise software implementations.
- Experience managing Workday implementation or major Workday enhancement projects.
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, workforce management, and related business processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience implementing Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Time Tracking.
- Experience partnering directly with Workday Services or Workday implementation partners.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification.
- Experience with change management, user adoption, and organizational readiness initiatives.
- Experience working within construction, engineering, or project-based organizations is a plus.
