Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the Workday implementation across all phases from initiation to post-go-live support.
- Managing timelines, deliverables and risk mitigation for the full project lifecycle.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with Workday Launch methodology.
- Providing structured project updates, tracking progress and maintaining high-quality documentation.
- Facilitating workshops, resolving blockers and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.
- Overseeing cutover planning, change management and readiness for the April 2026 go-live.
Key Skills:
- Workday Project Manager certification (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience delivering Workday Launch implementations.
- Proven ability to manage complex programmes with multiple workstreams.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
