Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Workday Program/Project Manager with extensive experience in Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financial implementations. The ideal candidate should have transitioned from a technical role to a program management position and possess a deep understanding of Workday architecture and functionalities. This role involves leading complex projects, managing comprehensive program plans, and ensuring successful stakeholder engagement. A strong background in Workday and proven leadership skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Workday implementation projects from initiation through deployment, including HCM, Payroll, Finance, Time & Absence, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Recruiting, Prism, and Analytics.
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including milestones, resource allocation, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and budgets.
- Guide clients through all project phases: Phase 0 (Strategy), Planning, Architecture & Configuration, End-to-End Testing, Deployment, and Post-Production Support.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement, business process analysis, and change management planning.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure successful data migration, system integrations, and user adoption.
- Establish governance models, RAID logs, Steering Committees, project roadmaps, and training requirements.
- Serve as interim HRIS or Technology Lead as needed, overseeing systems operations and support functions.

- 12+ years of Workday experience including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Compensation, Time, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Reporting, Integrations, and Prism
- Proven track record of managing Workday programs in both consulting and internal leadership capacities

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
