Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain Workday Prism Analytics data pipelines and datasets
- Configure and optimize data models to support advanced reporting and analytics use cases
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements
- Develop dashboards and reports leveraging Prism and Workday reporting tools
- Integrate data from multiple sources into Workday Prism
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the platform
- Troubleshoot issues related to data loads, transformations, and reporting outputs
- Support continuous improvement of reporting capabilities and analytics strategy
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Workday Functional Consultant with strong Prism Analytics expertise
- Hands-on experience with data modeling, data loads, and transformations in Prism
- Solid understanding of Workday reporting tools (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Dashboards)
- Experience working with HR data and HRIS environments
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in English
