Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Performance Review templates, Goal Management, Talent Profiles, and Succession Pools within the Workday platform.
  • Translate business requirements into system configurations and enhancements to support HR processes related to performance cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems with third-party service vendors and ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct SIT and UAT testing to validate system functionality and performance.

Key Skills:

  • 7+ years of proven HR experience working as a technical lead and experienced systems analyst for major projects.
  • Strong experience with core HR processes and supporting cross functional technology platforms.
  • 5+ years technical foundation experience with Workday Performance, Talent and Succession Planning.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework, security configuration, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to configure and maintain Performance Review templates, Goal Management, Talent Profiles, and Succession Pools.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes related to performance cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and enhancements.
  • 5+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
